In the Spirit offers views from a wide range of my personal experiences, some of which are excerpts from longer narratives I have written approaching that spiritual life journey I call ‘Pilgrimage’, arguably the most meaningful life journey we ever undertake. In them I hope to offer glimpses from that different hall of mirrors as I have have experienced them and through them reflect to the reader how the object of all our lives may be fully realised for everyone. A journey to Self.

The aim in writing this is to address much of the overall woolliness and confusion which surrounds spiritual seeking and help readers to better see and understand their motives and make more informed decisions accordingly. We do not need to be the slaves of anything nor anyone, perhaps especially those who set themselves up to be our guides.

In the Spirit is dedicated to the spiritually curious and anyone who might regard themselves as ‘seekers’, either already engaged upon or considering pursuing their own Pilgrimage. I hope that some of the information presented here, the views and general guidance offered, will be of genuine help.
